- This is a device for solid-liquid separation by the screen rotating at high speed and the internal screw rotating at low speed by supplying through the hollow shaft the condensed sludge formed by mixing with chemicals in the condensation tank.
- By adjusting the rotation speed of the screw and screen drum, the throughput and the concentration rate can be adjusted, and up to 6% or more concentrated sludge can be obtained.
- Concentration is possible without continuous washing by applying a thin punch metal.
